Can I block time for myself?
Yes, block time in your calendar (any source) and Della stops offering it within seconds. Useful for personal appointments, training, lunch breaks, or just heads-down work time.
What if a staff member calls in sick?
Mark them unavailable in the dashboard (or in your calendar) and Della stops booking with them. Existing bookings get a notice and an option to reschedule with another provider.
Does Della respect deposit / cancellation rules?
Yes. Bookings that require a deposit get an SMS payment link after Della confirms. Cancellation rules (24h notice, late fees) are explained to the caller during the booking conversation.
